Senior Pastors and Worship Leaders
Dale & Trudy Haight
Dale is the founding senior pastor at Praise! Fellowship and the director of Harvest School of Ministry. He is the author of Radical Vessels, and is the worship leader on two CDs. He travels internationally networking leaders and teaching at leadership seminars. Dale has earned masters and doctoral degrees in the fields of Bible Literature and Theology. His passion is for the presence of the Lord and the restoration of the Biblical church.
Trudy directs the worship arts at PF and has bachelors and masters degrees in education from Edinboro University , as well as ministry training with Elim Fellowship. She has a piano worship CD A Quiet Place and is Harvest School ’s Administrator. Dale and Trudy have four grown children and seven grandchildren.
Mission and Youth Pastors
Rick, Sandie, Zach, & Jason Rohlin
Rick and his wife Sandie have been with PF since the beginning. They have two boys, Zachary and Jason. Rick serves as pastor of student ministries and missions in the fellowship. He holds a B.S. in Education from Penn State University and a 3 yr. Diploma from Elim Bible Institute and is ordained with Elim Fellowship. Rick has traveled extensively internationally, leading over 20 teams to serve the church globally. In 1994, they founded Higher Calling Youth Ministries which God has used to equip countless teenagers in the region.
Sandie: Rick & Sandie have been married since 1992. Sandie also has a B.S. in Education from Penn State University and a Masters in Education from Gannon University. She has over 10 years experience in teaching. Currently she is a stay at home mom raising their two beautiful children. In ministry, Sandie serves as the Director of Celebrate Children Ministry. She is also on the Hearts of Praise Dance Company and is an invaluable assistant to everything Rick does.
Pastor Emeritus
Bill & Nila Schneider
Bill Schneider served for several years as an assistant pastor at PF and is now Pastor Emeritus. He has served in ministry for more than 40 years, graduated from Drew Seminary and has an honorary Doctor of Divinity from Harvest School . Bill and Nila live in Kane , PA.

John & Maryanne Agricola
John Agricola, associate pastor. John Agricola serves as PF's care pastor, meeting new members and caring for those in need. John and Maryanne live in Warren , PA.
Life Groups and Harvest Schools
Rich & Anne VanHouten
Rich VanHouten, associate pastor, Rich studied at the University of Pittsburgh and is a Chiropractor, holding a doctorate from the Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. He is a graduate of the International School of Ministry (Harvest School) and oversees PF's cell group ministries, as well as facilitating classes for Harvest School of Ministry. He and Anne have five children and live in Youngsville.
